Handy Address Book is a contact management software solution and is perfect if you just want to keep track of family and friends but also is designed to be powerful enough for businesses to maintain large client and customer databases. It's flexible too.... allowing you to organize your contacts in categories that you create! You can create email lists, print personal phonebooks, maintain contact histories or simply remind yourself of important dates....it's all up to you!

- Save and Organize Detailed Information on Everyone You Know. Names, personal / business addresses, phone numbers, email & website addresses, personal facts & comments, birthdays, anniversaries, and much more.
- Create and assign your own categories. Easily list any records assigned to a particular group.
- Phone Dialing. Simply select a phone number from any record in your database and one click places the call.
- Emailing. Select an email address from any record in your database and one click sends the email message.
- Website Access. Select a website address from any record in your database and one click opens your browser and takes you to the website address selected. |
